Developing Athletes. Inspiring Leaders. Strengthening Communities.

Sports | Education | Community

At Southern California Junior Cricket Academy (SCJCA), we believe education is the foundation for opportunity. Our commitment to youth development extends beyond the cricket field and into the classroom, workplace, and everyday life.

Through hands-on learning, financial literacy, workforce development, life skills, and educational enrichment, we empower young people to explore their potential, build confidence, and prepare for successful futures.

Our Education Pillar connects youth with meaningful learning experiences, mentors, community partners, and practical resources that help them thrive in school, at home, and in their future careers.

Because building great athletes is important, but building prepared, confident, and capable young people is our greater purpose.

Cricket Workforce Development & Career Pathways

Training Professionals. Creating Opportunities. Diversifying the Game.

Building Careers Beyond the Cricket Field

At Southern California Junior Cricket Academy (SCJCA), we believe cricket is more than a sport. It is a growing industry with opportunities for professional development, leadership, employment, and international engagement.

Through our Cricket Workforce Development Program, we train, certify, and prepare individuals for roles in coaching, officiating, scorekeeping, and cricket operations.

Beginning at the high school level and continuing through adulthood, our program creates pathways for individuals interested in developing professional skills, gaining practical experience, and pursuing careers within the cricket industry.

Our commitment goes beyond training. We are working to build a qualified, diverse workforce that supports the growth of cricket locally, nationally, and internationally.

Our Vision:

To create a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve while expanding professional opportunities within cricket.
