Developing Athletes. Inspiring Leaders. Strengthening Communities.
Sports | Education | Community
At the Southern California Junior Cricket Academy (SCJCA), we believe sports have the power to change lives. Through cricket, we are creating opportunities for young people throughout Compton to discover their potential, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and become part of something bigger than themselves.
In partnership with the City of Compton Parks & Recreation Department, SCJCA brings free, accessible youth cricket programs directly into neighborhood parks. Our park-based programs introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of cricket while promoting teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, physical fitness, and personal growth.
From first-time players learning to hold a cricket bat to developing athletes preparing for competitive play, our programs provide a welcoming environment where boys and girls of all skill levels can learn, compete, and thrive.
